Because we own the lots ourselves, you are building inside an established community, with services, roads, and neighbours already in place, rather than assembling raw land from scratch.

Once your lot is secured, construction typically runs around $635 per square foot, plus HST. We attach pricing to the drawings as they develop, and because our own crews carry out the work, that number, and the schedule behind it, tends to hold.

Book a lot walkYou may qualify for up to $130,000 back in HST
Buy a lot and build with Fuller before March 31, 2027, and you may be eligible for Ontario's enhanced HST new housing rebate: up to $130,000 in combined federal and provincial relief on a new primary residence. Because we build your home as your builder, we help structure the purchase so the rebate is handled properly at closing. The full amount applies on eligible homes up to $1.5 million and phases down above that. We will walk you through exactly how it applies to your build.
The Ontario enhanced HST new housing rebate applies to agreements signed between April 1, 2026 and March 31, 2027, for eligible individuals building a primary residence. Our model home is open to tour by appointment, and it is finished to the same standard we build to everywhere: on our lots at Deerhurst Highlands, on land you already own, and on the water. Come and look at the trim, the tile, the cabinetry and the light before you commit to anything.
